Welcome! I’m Jess, an Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping you move, heal, and thrive in the life you love. My approach to therapy blends my clinical expertise with a lifelong passion for movement.
After earning my degree at Edith Cowan University, I spent time mastering my skills in acute and rehabilitative care at Fiona Stanley Hospital and Fremantle Hospital. Alongside my clinical practice, my work at Peppermint Dance Company has given me a unique, firsthand understanding of physical expression, biomechanics, and the joy of keeping the body moving.
Now, in my private practice, I’m bringing that wealth of diverse experience directly to you. Whether you are recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or working toward personal milestone goals, I’m here to provide tailored, compassionate, and evidence-based support every step of the way.
